Our Process:
During our first contact with a prospective customer, we will discuss what they are looking for to determine whether it is a custom pool or pool remodel. Once we have established their wants and needs, we will schedule a time to meet and start discussing design ideas, budgets, equipment, and accessories. When we have the desired pool design, we will give a formalized quote and in some situations provide a 3D rendering of the new pool to help the customer understand what they are purchasing. Under contract, we will provide the necessary permits, manage the pool construction, and walk through the process to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
